Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer other delivery methods please contact us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees do not include handling and packing fees just postage costs. Postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but your items are well-protected and special care is taken to protect your products.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time within one year of purchase.
Returning for Replacement or Refund
An RMA number is required before a product can be returned for replacement or refund. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender, or may result in unnecessary processing delays.
If you are within 30 days of purchase you may return your products for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. An RMA number is still required. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

RMA Request Instructions
Follow these steps to obtain an RMA number:
1. Request an RMA number by email email@example.com.
A separate email must be submitted for each product, unless multiple products being returned are the same kind and design with the same problem. Please provide details of why you are returning the item.
2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the request and containing a RMA number.
If for replacement/refund, based on the details of the RMA request, Customer Service team will determine if authorized and will create an RMA ticket.
3. You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The email will contain the RMA number and instructions on how and where to return the product.
